    Colour didn't match

    As a "natural red girl" I bought this very beautiful natural halfwig several times because of hair loss due to chemotherapy. Last time I ordered 4x colour 30, but got unfortunatly "brownish" pieces. After a long and expensive phone calls (from Holland to the USA I could finally return/exchange them. I cost me a lot of money again, due shipment/import taxes again.

    Happy with the new wigs (colour 27/30) but disappointed about the cold customer service and and the fact that the colour even came close. 😔

    Good experience - bad wig

    The site was easy to navigate through and I received my wig quickly. I just don't like it at all. The color is not correct and it's much too thick especially at the hairline. I won't buy online again unless I know exactly what I'm getting.
