Aqua | Synthetic Ponytail (Wrap-Around)

I give this pony tail four stars. The delivery was super quick, the piece arrived only three or four days after I ordered. That was with just the standard shipping cost. It was packaged neatly and in good condition. The color, texture, and quality were great. It was so beautiful, I have always dreamed about having enough hair to make a pony tail like that. The pony tail was perfect, but I was the problem. The reason I didn't give the piece five stars and keep it was because my own hair is too thin and sparse to support that amount of hair. I couldn't even keep it on my head. I wish I could wear something so full, long, and beautiful. Unfortunately the pretty pony screamed "fake hair!!" on me and I had to send it back. The company's return procedures are great! They make it really easy. You quickly get your refund or store credit, and they don't even charge anything except return postage. I used my store credit to order another piece. Hopefully the new one I ordered will work better on my thin and thinning hair.

I love this extension so much! It is wonderful quality and the clip and tie make me feel secure all evening. It is full enough as well which I love as sometimes other extensions have been too thin and disappointing. This looks like my real hair and is a good color match for my blonde hair. Very, very satisfied. Please keep up the quality with this product and I will be a loyal client. Thank you!
