    Lopsided

    I loved the color, cherry with cola. And looking at the photo it appears as thought the side without bangs may have been slightly shorter than the other side but on my wig it was a least an inch shorter. Strange. I didn't notice that discrepancy on any of the wig review videos I watched either. But that was a deal breaker for me. Sadly. I hate to leave bad reviews.

    Not for first-time wig wearers.

    I bought the Caliente in color chocolate with caramel. The color is beautiful. That's why I kept it and kept trying to make it work for myself. It looked like a hot mess right out of the box. The Front bang area was domed shaped. I fixed that and the part. The curly waves on one side didn't match the other. It's heat friendly, so was able to mostly fix that. But the sides are very dense. It looked "wiggy" to me. It only needs half of the hair it has on the sides. It was near to impossible to get a wig comb through it and it sheds a lot. But I didn't give up on it. I put Jon Renau detangler spray on it and it looked and felt 100% better. I also pulled half of the hair laying on both sides of the wig and pulled them back into a clip. After I did that, I was finally happy with how it looked on me. That's the only way I'm going to wear it. Mine wasn't handtied. I made it my own and I'm happy with it now.

    Poor Quality

    Poor Quality, Cheap Product - Don't waste your money on this brand. I am unhappy with this : BelleTress - Caliente in English Toffee - I love the color and I love the style of this wig - but the quality is very poor. I have Alopecia Areata and I have been wearing wigs for medical purposes for 2 years now, this is the worst quality of wig I have ever owned. I have been wearing this wig for 10 days - just for my 8 hours of work per day, I take it off after my 8 hour shift at night and I care for this wig with extreme respect, I hang it on a wig stand at night. As of day 6 of ownership, the ends of this wig are fraying very prematurely and very badly. In the past I have purchased Jon Reneau hair care sprays through wigs.com and a low heat styling tool specific for Heat friendly wigs and these tools are not working to clear the fray on the ends.

    It will stay in the box.

    I know every wig is different, but to be honest, other than the color there is absolutely nothing I like about this wig. I think the one I rec’d is defective. It looks square on my head. I have tried parting it. Shaking it out. Nothing changes it’s “squareness”. It will stay in the box.
