Very dry strawlike feel to the hair. Not a good fit or color. Very disappointed and had to pay for a return label which is deducted from my purchase price. I guess I should have read everything before I bought. I don't think I'll ever buy from this place again.

This wig looks nothing like it is pictured online. And the color is not as described. I ordered the Sugared Charcoal which is supposed to be darkest brown with 50% silver grey, but it looks almost totally white, very little brown. The style just sort of hangs there. In the video it looks great, but in reality, it is very limp. Perhaps I just got one that is not made as well as others because the two reviews I read were positive which is why I decided to order this one. But I am very unhappy and I am returning it.
