I buy a lot of cheap wigs and this is the worst one at this price point. The cap doesn’t lay flat on my head but comes to a point, it’s very itchy, you can’t use heat so the bangs can’t be straightened (mine came with a curl to them), and when I went to trim the bangs I realized the entire haircut was uneven (I’m a hairstylist). I evened the cut but one side has less hair to it and the hair at the nape won’t lay down, just sticks out awkwardly, so there’s only so much I could do. It was also very shiny. If you want a project, something to put a lot of work into (without being able to use heat) than go for it, but I would not recommend this wig.

Wigs.com customer service is always the best. I've returned several wigs because of color, fit, or too much permatease. It was a wonderful surprise that this less expensive wig was the one that finally made me happy. The bangs were too long, so I had a stylist trim them and snip a little here and there all the way around to make it lay nicely. I'm letting a super short pixie cut grow out, so this is my answer to those awkward hair days. I'm glad I took a chance!
