Recent disappointment
I have purchased this wig for years. It always came styled and ready to wear. With the last order, the wig came flat, in a net. I called and the rep and she sent a return label and reordered a new wig. The replacement came today. FLAT and wrapped in a net. Customer service said that I needed to style it and work with it. I have never had to due this before. It seems to me that the company quality and attention to detail has declined.
