I have never worn a wig before and went into this blindly. I researched as best I could and placed an order for this wig based on what I learned. Wigs.com shipped very promptly and communication has been fantastic. When I first received it, I was lost. It seemed to have a lot more hair than I expected and I really did not know how to adjust it or safely groom it. I arranged for an online consultation through wigs.com which was very helpful. However, I opted to go to a local wig specialist where I had it assessed, adjusted and trimmed to what I wanted. This salon let me know that most wigs come with more hair and longer hair to allow for customized adjustments. Though I measured my head and ordered a large that I thought was needed, it needed adjustment . I am now extremely happy with the wig, the quality is fantastic, and I won’t hesitate to purchase from way to.com in the future.

This is a marvelous style, done beautifully on a lightweight, hand, tied cap. I absolutely love it!! Will shorten a bit in the back so it won’t mess with my collars. The Iced Latte Macchiato color (RL17/23SS) is magnificent, perfect for dirty blonds. I get continual compliments on it every time I wear my wigs. I accidentally ordered the wrong color so will be returning for the Iced Latte Mocchiato. Can’t wait to get it!

I'm returning this wig only because I looked ridiculous in it. Because of the style and density it was too much for me. That being said, it was very well made. The color was beautiful. The cap itself was very comfortable when tried on. I also have a massive skull. I was very impressed with the sizing. I'm going to look for a different style from the same brand.

The fibers are nice except for the "fly-a-ways" which drive me crazy! I've had to remove a LOT of them which I really hate to do because it removes some of the density which I don't like! I've tried several kinds of products and none of them work well. The cap is great. The mono part works well. The fibers are pretty and have just the right amount of sheen. I got the large, which was a mistake. The average would have been fine. I should have done an exchange or actually I would have returned if I had known the fly a ways were going to be such a problem. It's a shame because for total price of $365.00 after reductions, I expected more. Live and learn. I did message Wigs.com about this problem and hoped for some kind of assistance but never got a respondence. That was very disappointing.
